How It Works DPF Clean Pro

Proces koji prati real workshop practice.

DPF cleaning is not a single-step operation. The filter is prepared and connected, treated with cleaning solution, washed with water and compressed-air pulses, drained, and finally dried with hot air.

Operating Process

From mounting the filter to drying.

DPF Clean Pro combines the key stages of the process in one machine while the operator remains in control.

01

Preparation and Connection

The DPF assembly is placed on the appropriate fitting and connected to the machine. Different filter shapes and sizes require suitable adapters and proper sealing.

02

Chemical Treatment

Cleaning solution is added to the filter and left to act according to the operator's procedure. This stage currently requires operator intervention.

03

Washing and Air Pulses

The filter is washed with water while controlled compressed-air pulses help dislodge deposits from the DPF channels. Process parameters are adapted to the filter and its condition.

04

Water Removal

After washing, residual water is expelled from the filter, preparing it for final drying.

05

Hot-Air Drying

Hot air passes through the DPF and removes residual moisture after washing. This completes the machine's current operating cycle.

Water + Air

Why Do We Use Pulse Cleaning?

Water flow alone is not the same as combining washing with short air pulses. In DPF Clean Pro, air pulses are part of the process to help loosen deposits and carry them out of the filter channels.

Pulse intensity and operating settings are not intended to be universal for every filter. DPF design, dimensions and condition vary, so the operator must be able to adapt the procedure.

Process Control

We automate what makes sense.

Washing, air pulses and drying form a connected workflow, but the operator still has an important role — especially in filter preparation, fitting selection and chemical treatment.

Further development includes greater automation as well as before-and-after measurement. We will present these functions as complete only after they have been installed and verified in real operation.

The Core Process

PREPARATION → CHEMICAL TREATMENT → WASHING + PULSES → WATER REMOVAL → DRYING

No hidden steps and no promises about functions the machine cannot yet perform. As new functions are completed, this page will continue to reflect the actual development status of DPF Clean Pro.
